空调系统送风方式选择的是风机盘管加新风的范式,风口选择的是散流器上送上回,冷热水机组选择的是风冷螺杆式冷热水机组,冷冻水系统选择了闭式两管制异程一次泵变流量系统。
摘要:本次设计对象是一栋位于北京地区的三层小型办公楼,主要用于企业员工工作使用。该楼共有三层,一层楼高4.2m,二三楼均为3.9m,整栋楼高12m,总建筑面积2476.8m,总空调面积1503.71m。空调安装区域主要有个人员工工作室和集体会议厅等。本次使用的设计以及计算软件主要有鸿业暖通12.0和CAD2010、CAD2014,其中计算得出主要数据有:夏季总冷负荷(含新风)最大值为121657W,夏季室内总冷负荷为87884W,时刻为14:00,新风负荷为33773W,夏季总湿负荷(含新风)为40.874kg/h,夏季室内湿负荷为8.737kg/h。考虑到各房间的人员数量以及需求时间差异等各方面因素,本次设计选用的空调系统为风机盘管加新风系统,这样可以随时对房间的温湿度进行调节。由于本次设计主要为办公类型房间,所以送风方式为新风和盘管共用一个送风口,每层设置一个新风机进行新风输送,基于房间高度比较高,所以风机盘管选择卧式暗装,新风机组型号为G-02F,风机盘管共计53台,均为海尔生产,送风形式为上送上回,风口选用均为四面散流器;为了确保系统内压力稳定,减少因为管道内压力不稳产生的问题,需要在每台新风机组后面添加一台静压箱。水系统采用的是结构简单,布置方便,仅有一套供回水管路的两管制、水泵扬程低,仅需克服环路阻力的闭式循环异程水平系统,冷水机组选用是格瑞德生产的螺杆式地源热泵机组,型号为LSW030AH,制冷量为106KW,冷水进出温度为12/7℃,冷水流量为18.2m3/h,水压降为80kpa。
