摘要：本次设计对象是一栋位于北京地区的三层小型办公楼，主要用于企业员工工作使用。该楼共有三层，一层楼高4.2m，二三楼均为3.9m，整栋楼高12m，总建筑面积2476.8m，总空调面积1503.71m。空调安装区域主要有个人员工工作室和集体会议厅等。本次使用的设计以及计算软件主要有鸿业暖通12.0和CAD2010、CAD2014，其中计算得出主要数据有：夏季总冷负荷（含新风）最大值为121657W，夏季室内总冷负荷为87884W，时刻为14:00，新风负荷为33773W，夏季总湿负荷（含新风）为40.874kg/h，夏季室内湿负荷为8.737kg/h。考虑到各房间的人员数量以及需求时间差异等各方面因素，本次设计选用的空调系统为风机盘管加新风系统，这样可以随时对房间的温湿度进行调节。由于本次设计主要为办公类型房间，所以送风方式为新风和盘管共用一个送风口，每层设置一个新风机进行新风输送，基于房间高度比较高，所以风机盘管选择卧式暗装，新风机组型号为G-02F，风机盘管共计53台，均为海尔生产，送风形式为上送上回，风口选用均为四面散流器；为了确保系统内压力稳定，减少因为管道内压力不稳产生的问题，需要在每台新风机组后面添加一台静压箱。水系统采用的是结构简单，布置方便，仅有一套供回水管路的两管制、水泵扬程低，仅需克服环路阻力的闭式循环异程水平系统，冷水机组选用是格瑞德生产的螺杆式地源热泵机组，型号为LSW030AH,制冷量为106KW，冷水进出温度为12/7℃，冷水流量为18.2m3/h，水压降为80kpa。

Design of air conditioning system of a complex building in Beijing.

Abstract：The design object is a three story office building located in Beijing area, which is mainly used for the work of employees. Considering the number of people, and each room needs time difference and so on various aspects factor, the design of air conditioning system is fan coil plus fresh air system, it can be adjusted at any time of the temperature and humidity of the room. Because of this design mainly for office room type, so the way for the fresh air and Shared a coil air supply outlet, each layer is set a new fan for air transport, based on the room height is higher, so the fan coil choose horizontal dark outfit, fresh air unit models for G - 02 f, fan coil units, a total of 53 are hailer’s production, supply air form for sending last time, tubers choose collector are scattered all around; In order to ensure that the pressure in the system is stable and reduce the problem caused by unstable pressure in the pipe, a static pressure box should be added at the back of each new wind unit. Water system USES is simple structure, convenient layout, only have a set of two controls for return water pipe and pump head is low, only need to overcome the loop resistance Cheng Shaping system of closed cycle, water chiller is Rhett production screw ground source heat pump units, models for LSW030AH, refrigerating capacity is 106 kw, cold water in and out of the temperature of 12/7 ℃, cooling water flow rate is 18.2 m3 / h, water pressure drop to 80 kpa.
